Big Screen Games can help you put together an event to fit almost any budget.  Basic packages start at less than $250, with additional hourly increments available.  Tournament packages include prizes for winners and extra personnel for a smooth event.  We also offer discounts for customers who host recurring events (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc).

Below are some examples of event packages and prices, which can help you figure out what you want or need for your event.  These prices are only estimates, and prices are subject to change without notice, so we recommend contacting us for a custom quote for your event.  (Scroll down to Quote Form.)

Price: $245

The most fundamental option.  Your event can have as many players playing as many games as you can fit into 2 hours.  Most titles available.  Includes all gaming equipment, operation and take-down is included.  Also includes Delivery and Set-up fee ($50).  Additional hours available for $70/hour.  Ideal for a private party .
