Mario Kart was a Big Hit on the Big Screen.  Even with the afternoon sun.

The ceiling wasn’t quite 12-feet tall, so we had to squeeze the screen a little bit.

We played other video games too, including an apple shooting game contest for prizes.

Rock Band 2 drew a big crowd.

Kids rocking out to “Eye of the Tiger” on Rock Band 2.

But Mario Kart drew even MORE players and spectators!

Olivette—Party in the Park

Families tried out Mario Kart on the Big Screen.  I love watching parents help their kids drive.

All set up and ready to go.

We only played Mario Kart that day, but we were ready to go with Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero.

Rock Band 2 and Mario Kart were the popular games.  (They played dodgeball in the gym next door too.

Rockin’ out with his fans.

It’s way cooler to rock out in the dark.

Kids and adults lined up to play Rock Band 2 on the 12-ft screen outside in Aviston Park..

4 steering wheels—4 lines for Mario Kart.

Even the adults got in on the driving action.  Who says kids get to have all the fun?
