Big Screen Games can help you put together an event to fit almost any budget. Basic packages start at less than $250, with additional hourly increments available. Tournament packages include prizes for winners and extra personnel for a smooth event. We also offer discounts for customers who host recurring events (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc). Below are some examples of event packages and prices, which can help you figure out what you want or need for your event. The most fundamental option. Your event can have as many players playing as many games as you can fit into 2 hours. Most titles available. Includes all gaming equipment, operation and take-down is included. Also includes Delivery and Set-up fee ($50). Additional hours available for $70/hour. Ideal for a private party. |

Host a 32-player tournament to draw attention to your business, your cause or your organization. Tournaments can include “open play” time for anyone to try out the game before the event, or can be just the tournament. Popular games for this format include Mario Kart® racing, Guitar Hero 3® and Wii Sports®: Boxing. Other games available. All gaming equipment, delivery, set-up, operation and take-down is included. Tournament packages also include extra personnel for a smooth event and prizes for the winners. (Note: some games play faster than others, so some games may not allow time for open play.) |
